They did not deliver it by that time and when i call up the customer support they said they cant deliver the cake and will do it the next day. when I insisted I want to get it delivered on the same day they hung up on me. When I called back they hung on me again. The 3rd time a customer rep told that they will make arrangements to deliver the same day but cant say at what time.They say they dont have any tracking info on the order. I am not sure why they have a customer service if they cant track the orders. Later they email me saying that they cant deliver the cake and if i want to cancel the order. I was almost the end of the day and i cant even say happy borthday with the cake to my friend. This is the worst service you can ever find where they dont tell you if they can deliver the product or have the track of the product. Please Please Please never order any thing on this site.
