Placed the order on April 4 and got the shipment on April 18 (New York to New York). They keep saying they have it in stock but never ship out (I keep track everyday from UPS). I guess they don't have it in stock. They just don't want to lost the business. so you must be patient if you order from them. |

Kept getting emails from the associate Zak saying he tried calling be about my order, but he never had. They were auto generated emails and I left two messages for him and had to call the third time before I got a hold of him. Turns out they were holding the order only so he could upsell me on some stuff. This turned out in getting the package 2 weeks later than I anticipated. |

The process of ordering was just fine. I did have a problem with a correction that had to be made and was passed around a bit, but finally got a polite customer service rep who took care of the error right away. |

After not seeing my order being shipped, I was told to wait for the whole 10 days. Then I was told the item was out of stock, but my credit card was already debited. That should not occur until the item shipped. However I was told to call back in 3 days, and when I did, the item was shipped. I was very satisfied with that. |

Excellent prices. I did my homework and no one came close. Very easy website to maneuver. Dealt with a customer service rep that was very courteous and helpful. My camcorder came as promised by UPS. They added a SD card, tripod, case, UV lens and USB connector all FREE! Looking to buy an SLR soon and will definitely look to them again! |

(Edited April 25th by PapayaHiya) Worst experience shopping with Fumfie. I placed an order on the 10th of April and one week later get an email that I need to call them to confirm the order. The sales agent I am assigned to is not available and I leave a message. I call back the next day and ask to speak to a person instead of a voicemail....this is on a Thursday. I confirm my order and think everything is okay. Well I get a email on Friday with the same auto generated text that is asking me to call to confirm the order. I am able to reach them on Monday...apparently they finally listened to their voicemail and were returning my call just now. I frustratingly tell the person that I already confirmed my order and they notify me that the product has not shipped. I was livid. . I finally got my camera today. It was boxed in the cheapest cardboard box and the box was busted and damaged. Update: on closer inspection there were items missing.. i did just contact fumfie and they will be sending me replacements. |

Confirming my order through phone was cumbersome since I had to make a phone call several times and wait for more than 10 mins to be connected. Once order was confirmed, the agent was quick to ship my order. I liked that. The product was in good shape though camera bag that came along as a gift seemed like an used one and was dusty. |

made it easy to place order, after reading product information, included items and terms. fast delivery. only negative: uv lens does not fit on camera sony nex-c3. wish they would check this or provide uv product that fits this particular lens. |

I thought that the shopping experience on fumfie.com was very good. The prices were very competitive when compared to similar businesses, and the shipment was prompt. It took a little while to get to us, but I believe that was the fault of UPS, not fumfie.com. Overall, it was a great experience. |

I had major issues with them accepting my credit card. while resolving the issues they up-sold me on items I didn't really need. When I tried to cancel the extra purchase they told me the order would be delayed if I did this since the items were already packaged. They added some more free items to appease me and said they would be sent separately. In fact, when I received the items they were all in the same box which means the salesman who up-sold me lied just to keep the sale. This obviously is dishonest and I will not do business again with FumFie.com |
