I really didn't believe they would double the difference when I found the identical item for less, BUT THEY DID! I'm very impressed, so far. The bench is not supposed to be available from the manufacturer until the end of the month, so I am unable to answer these questions at this time. So far, so good. |

Ordering was easy and very efficient. I will be completely convinced when the item I ordered arrives at the address to which I sent it. I have never used this site before, but so far everything was quick and seemingly thorough. |

The web site was easy to navigate and to check out. They sent us email confirmation after the order was placed. The item was received very quickly and in great shape. Not to mention that they were selling this item cheaper than other places. We do about 65% of our shopping online and we were very impressed with this merchant.
