I ordered a new Intel SAS X25-M and it said they had 8 in stock. But contrary to my expectations, my order was listed as ETA (their way of saying they're waiting for shipment from manufacturer). Days later, no shipment, still ETA, and they still said they had 8 in stock. Soon after, the product page completely disappeared, redirecting to their homepage! Did they notify me about what was going on at any point? NO! I called and cancelled my order, which thankfully was really easy, so good for them!	Overall Rating

Showed item as in stock, did not ship, did not advise via any method that item was waiting to be stocked. Apparently this the rule rather than the exception with this vendor, very Cheeeesy! Customer service was terrible: phone lines sucked, cut me off, and use third party offshore call centers. Save money, time and frustration, go elsewhere! Retailer Response (10/08/2009): If an item is not in stock we send email out to our customers and respond by placing a phone call to our customers. We are NOT using any oversea\'s call centers and provide both a toll free and local phone number for our customers to call. I advise ANY customer of ANY store to be proactive in their purchases. We have customer service via email and phone with live customer service representatives from New York.	Overall Rating

Placed the order, received a phone call next day stating that shipping would actually be $195 not $30. "It's not my fault, if you can get UPS to ship it for that price we'll still sell it for that." BS! canceled my order, never use them again. Retailer Response (08/19/2009): Unfortunately UPS requires a special freight shipping for his over sized irregular 106\" projector screen. There is no company able to ship this item for such a low price and as a result this customer became irate on the phone and cursed our sales agent slamming the phone. He quickly called back yelling for a manager and was deeply disturbed when we informed him we were unable to ship his item. We asked if he wanted to use his UPS account as an alternative and he requested his order canceled. As a merchant, we try to find middle ground on problem orders and unfortunately this customer was unwilling to be reasonable.	Overall Rating

You may be able to find cheaper deals elsewhere, but they will not be much cheaper. Also, this merchant is one that can definitely be trusted.
