They waited 30 days, and quietly gave me a refund. Well, everything arrived, but some of the games look like re-wraps, not actually new. One game has a quarter of the shrinkwrap torn off, as if they purchased it from a retail store and couldn't get the price sticker or security tab off. Not bad though, they did ship fast and it arrived.	Overall Rating

I ordered two games listed as in stock with shipping arrival dates before Christmas (presents for my son). The following day I get an email saying the order had shipped. But only one item, the other was on backorder. Cancelled the backordered item. Very unprofessional. Will not shop here again.	Overall Rating
