However, I was more impressed with the communicationa and customer service!! My order arrived very quickly, then I put it away for my son's b-day. Some 30 days later I gave it to him and we discovered that it was defective(no fault of Gamebay, just a glitch in the electronic world). I e-mailed these guys, they responded promptly, and sent me out a new item immediately (had a new one in just a few days that worked great!). No hassles, very polite and extremely wonderful to deal with. I would order from them again and definitely recommend them to others.	Overall Rating

It took a Better Business Bureau complaint and credit card dispute to get an answer from their customer service and a refund for the first order after multiple attempts to contact them and several days and form letters later. After they messed up the order, they bribed me with an apology and $20 gift credit to recant my bad review of their business. This may explain their several good reviews. I wonder how many other people they have bribed? I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking anybody can make a mistake, and then submitted a new order with the gift credit...and surprise surprise the, it's been 5 days now and no shipment or communication even though I tried to contact them 2 days ago. Website said it would ship same day and there were 16 in stock. USE NEWEGG.COM or AMAZON.COM if you want to receive what you paid for	Overall Rating

GameBay.com also has a great response time. So if you have questions, they will answer it quickly. Along with GameBay.com I was finding that they had item's that I could not find in other stores or online stores, and they were at great prices. I will most defiantly deal with GameBay again. Like usual the shipping was flawless and lightning quick.Their prices are the CHEAPEST on the net.(everyone else was $10 more expensive) They sent another mail today to make sure I got the item and was happy with it. Awesome customer service. No other reputable internet store actually follows up to make sure you are happy. This is the best place I have ever purchased from. This will not be the last time either. I purchased the R4 set, and the day before I ordered a memory card off eBay from a private buyer. I got my R4 package two days ago, still no sign of the memory card from EBay. I think that speaks for their excellent shipping quality. I got exactly what I wanted, and the price was better than anywhere else I've looked. Besides that, after the item arrived, I actually got an email, from a REAL person who wanted to confirm I was happy with the order. After a few days I discovered that it wasn't working quite right(sometimes these cards go bad). Within ONE DAY, GameBay completely took care of me and refunded my money.
