I had a problem when it came to paying - I kept entering payment detail but got error messages and the payment didn't seem to work. I was then worried I was ordering the same items over and over again. Finally, I reloaded the website and the basket of goods was still there so I gave it one last go and it worked. Apart from that everything was excellent. |

I have bought a lot of items on e bay this was one of the easiest.Not only fast delivery but in the awful weather we had at the time it still arrived in such a short time.The delivery man had an assistant and wouldnt allow me to help.Overall,i would feel very happy to recomend this company to anyone with no worries.Great to do buiness with i will not hesitate to deal with them again if they have what i need. |

Easy to use site, very informative and has customer reviews and images, which I like to see. When delivered kit had 1 item (18 glazing clips) missing and one or two panels have small areas of damage. Excellent build instructions. I am about to contact vendor to ask for missing clips. |
