The prices at Gateway are amoung the best. I compared prices with retailers all over the internet, and Gateway definetely had the lowest. They also almost always offer free shipping on orders over $99, but if you miss out on the promotion by a day (or even a week), just give them a call and they'll credit you for the shipping (they did for me). I ordered the 641s when they had the free shipping deal, and have nothing but great comments to say about them. The speakers were ordered on Sept. 17th and were at my apartment the 20th. Received the order Thursday afternoon. 2 were backordered and they arrived that Monday. Combination of the lowest price on my carts by $2 and free shipping...Gotta say I was impressed. I'm looking at a surprising amount of bad feedback on the Gateway, but they worked out well for me. Bought 2 PC's from them over the years, and never really found their support lacking. Their support line has been fantastic the one time I needed to call them. Recommended Gateway to our parents who have been very pleased with their new system. The sales person actually demonstrated the photo print output quality of both cameras I was interested in which made my choice much easier to make. The sales woman was very knowledgeable and generous with her time and expertise. I encourage everyone to check out a Gateway Country. I did have some system issues, and the system had to be sent back...got it back in less time than predicted and it works fine. I think sales and service are great, so is telephone support...the phone support folks were all great and very polite. I don't know what else a customer would want.
