It turns out that the product's serial number was already being used by someone else, but this did not become apparent until i tried to re-install the software after buying a new computer. I tried contacting the seller and PayPal but received no response. Nuance is unwilling to reactivate the software for me because I bought it through a 3rd party seller. Now I'm left with $134 piece of software that I can not use and a frustrating customer experience with both Nuance and PayPal. |
