Included instructions and driver disk. Unfortunately, it quit working after a few hours. I have been waiting 3 days thus far for a RMA to exchange. Goodness knows how long it will take to mail it back. have it examined, and then mail out a replacement. GearXS's Response: The condition of the advertisement is stated OEM.
