We ordered three years Bronze warranty. When we contacted Symbol to do upgrades we found that we had no warranty. So we checked and were told that the transaction can't be complete. We asked what happened and no one can tell us! So we looked at the card statement and found that some of the money was refunded but not all. So we ask what happened and were told tuff luck and no one at Gemini computers will talk to us. So don’t buy. E-mail me and I will show you all the doc's and e-mails and phone call date and time. Do not buy from this computer outlet. If something go’s wrong you have no support, they will tell you tuff luck. Symbol recommended buying from one of the approved store on the Motorola website and Gemini Computers is not one. Buyers beware!	Overall Rating

I went to Price Grabber and Gemini Computers offered a great price and quick shipping options. Placed the order with 2 day delivery and true to form, my scanner arrived the second day. I'm about ready to cancel my order. I'm feeling like I was scamed. I will not use them again. Retailer Response (04/11/2008): Client has selected a product indicating 5-7 days lead time for shipping on the site. Product was shipped as scheduled on that ETA. What should have been marked on their site as "discontinued" was not. Gemini was at least up front with their pricing.
