I ordered what was advertised as a "NEW" OEM battery on 11/11/09 said "Condition New" "In Stock". They sent me a tracking number but the UPS couldn't pick up because not in stock. Called said there mistake, new stock due in the next week. Still hasn't shipped as of today. I sent called, sent emails, finally got answer today. New shipment came in today but product is Refurbished. Website still says New, Liars!!!!!!!!!!Cancelled order today. Be sure to use Paypal.	Overall Rating

Seen other people comments about the items on the buyer protection page from Yahoo, some were really bad and some not.They only have 30 days warranty so I do not feel comfortable but want to try ..
