Horrible merchant. No customer service at all. These guys are morons. They forgot to put my name on the address slip and as a result, the package was returned by the receiving dept. I didn't find out for weeks until I saw an email saying they will refunded about 60%.. that means 40% re-stocking fee.. thats unheard of and predatory in ecommerce. I called and emailed numerous time.. no one attends or returns calls or emails. I highly discourage business with these guys. |

I ordered my taillight assembly on February 1st and received an acknowledgement of the order. However I never received any further updates until I complained to PayPal. I then received an email from Go-Part saying that the order was backordered and would I like a refund. I replied that I wanted a refund. As of February 8th I have received no refund. |

(Edited September 16th by lenrapp) Although I wrote a unsatisfactory rating on this seller because of lack of communications and slow shipping, they finally called me today and apologized and we agreed to a $20 refund on my order to cover the cost of the S&H and a few dollars more because of the problems their slow delivery and failure to respond to my emails. It isn't about the money, but I feel they were truly sincere in their apology and I hope the light will come in on Friday and it will be what I ordered and needed. |

I purchased two light from go part.One came broke and I sent it back. They then sent me the same broken light back to me. I told them I will send it back and want a refund for it. At this time I recieved no refund from them. I had to disput it with my credit card issuer turned into a real big hassle with these guys. They are rude on the phone they hang up on you they treat you like they are doing you a favor. If the part you order is the right one you may be ok. IF IT IS THE WRONG PART AND YOU NEED AN ADJUSTMENT OR CREDIT BACK TO YOU GOOD LUCK. This is by far the worst on line company I have ever had dealings with. |

I purchased a radiator for my vehicle. I put in requested info and ordered the part. Upon receipt of the part I realized it was the wrong part. Upon investigation I discovered that there was 2 parts available for that year and make as one has a supercharger. I contacted go part and they assured me they would send Fedex to p/u the part. I called several days in a row being told they would call or send emial by 4 pm friday. They did not contact me. I called again monday and was informed they would not pay for return shipping as I receive the part ordered. It is standard procedure in the parts business to let the customer know there are more than one choice if that is the case for a part. I was treated rudely and was hung up on. It is their responsilbity to let me know that the radiator they sell if for the non turbo charged model. This is the worst online purchase I have made and I shop online frequently. |

The prices and selection are great! I ordered my part and shipping took a little over a week. I opened the box to find they had shipped me the wrong part. I sent an email explaining this and after a few days with no response i tried calling. The only option in their phone system that a person sometimes answers was the new sale option. I talked to them and explained that I just wanted to send the wrong item back and get the correct item. Fedex was here the next day to pick up the wrong part. About a week later I called again to ask for a tracking number or something to see when the correct part should be getting to me. The person explained that it had been marked down that I asked for a refund (which I had not been credited for) so the correct part had not been shipped yet. I asked for the part again and a few days later I got a tracking number and the correct part came a few days later. All of this being said, I ordered another part previous to this experience and everything was gr |

The package was shipped out on June 26 and as of July 11th, I have yet to receive, the shipping company says they delivered but I still do not have it. I tried several times to reach go-part.com to get some help after the fouth time I got a hold of someone on the phone and they would try to help me. The shipping company seemed like they did not care. That is not a way to treat a customer |

Quality was excellent; part and price were right. Order was for a 2005 Malibu tail light, which presents many opportunities for error, but Go-Part got it right. It didn't ship the same day, but it was quick enough and in view of the negative reviews here I have to report that I'm completely satisfied. |

Unfortunately I didn't check the comments here before I ordered. I ordered my part late Friday night and figured by Tuesday afternoon my order should at least be through the processing stage. However when I login to see what's going on, there is no tracking number all I see is that the order still hasn't been processed. Ironic since it says most orders are shipped same day, you would think my order could at least be processed by the end of Monday. Anyway, I've tried calling the 877 number but only get a message stating that the voice mail box is full. I will definitely never by from here again and sent them an email stating if I didn't hear something from them, I would call and dispute with my credit card company to get my money back and go order somewhere else. How in the world can someone run a business, online or not, like this and think they are doing it right? Unbelievable!!! |

Ordered 3 tail lights for 2 differant vechicles. Opened boxes and looked at lights, installed 1 the next day. Just got to the point that I needed to install other 2 and found that they were WRONG. Emailed for RMA and got back a reply "we will not be able to accept that return. It is past our return policy." I will never shop at go-part again!! And I'm out $100. |

I ordered a part on Thanksgiving day. I understand that no one would be shipping out that day but, it is now December 5. The UPS tracking number they gave me from their website just appeared today and it doesn't even exist in UPS. I've emailed and called. Got a hold of a human who told me "I should've gotten it by now, I'll have shipping call you. Never happened. I have been calling both their numbers all afternoon ... no one answers and the voice mailbox is full. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PART AND NO ONE IS CONTACTING ME. How can they guarantee 100 % customer satisfaction if they don't even contact the customer, return calls, return emails .... or actually send you what you've paid for? |

I had a BAD experience with Go-Part.com's Low Price Guarantee. I found the same item being sold at a lower price on another website after received my order with Go-Part.com. When I tried to price-match, they said they won't be able to beat that price and asked me to order from the other website. I mentioned that I already received the item. They said they only do price-match before the order is placed. However, in their Low Price Guarantee, there's no clear indication that one has to price-match beforehand. Their customer service rep even said I was trying to cheat them. If you can't clearly state your Low Price Guarantee policy and can't guarantee your lowest prices, then DO NOT ADVERTISE IT!! |

Don't buy from this website. I ordered my parts due to price. I tried to reach them to inquire when I would have them and the 800 number just rings and rings. I finally spoke to a human and he literally said he didn't care that I was upset about the long shipping period. He said a manager would return my call and that never happened. Then I tried to use the UPS tracking number. I called again and the same guy answered and said he must have put it in wrong. I still haven't heard anything or received my parts. Spend more and buy somewhere else. Retailer Response (08/29/2008): He ordered it on a Monday, we shipped it out on a Wednesday, and the customer was complaining that we didn't ship it out in the morning, but in the evening. We informed the customer that UPS picks up their packages in the evening and not in the morning, but he insisted that he spoke to UPS and they told him they do pickups in the morning. We did not tell the customer that we do not care about him, and mistakes happen once in a while when we put in tracking numbers. We put in a I instead of an 1. Either way, customer got his part on time and got great, friendly service. |

Ordered on July 23, waited till July 28 for shipping, called on July 28 still not shipped, customercare said it will ship on July 28. It is July 29, no sign of shipping.
No body picks up the phone (tried 4 times), voice mailbox is full so can't leave a message. Left an email on July 28; no response.
I guess not the best place to buy Auto Parts (I agree they sell for less; but you will get the part after a lot of hassle). Retailer Response (08/29/2008): We were in the middle of moving locations and had technical issues with the phone systems. We did though email all customers and keep them informed and answer their questions. |

Ordered a part (which was indicated as in stock) on May 24. Credit card was charged same day and I did receive order confirmation. Waited until the night of May 29 to see if order was shipped. Got a tracking number right after the call. Until today (June 4th) Fedex tracking system shows the number is invalid. The vendor never shipped it out! Will not make another purchase from the merchant. Will not recommend that a friend purchase from the merchant. |
