Love the Stretches
Stretches provide a common sense approach to keeping one's muscles flexible and loose.
There is too much time between stretches. Time in between stretches is good the first few times, but after that it's bothersome.
Posted Feb 4, 2006 - I bought this product as a gift for the avid golfer in my family. I began doing the stretches with him for fun. Before long, I realized the stretching was significantly reducing stress and muscle tightness in my back and shoulders. I feel more agile and light on my feet. Best of all, I longer have that morning stiffness that comes with middle age. The stretches are a godsend!
