I can't believe GolfGalaxy.com is in business. I bought an overpriced buy one, get one 1/2 off b/c the combined price was the best around. They let me put an "out of stock" item in my cart, then changed my order without telling me. I saw it, told them I didn't want one for that price. They shipped it anyway. My second complaint netted me 10% off my NEXT purchase. A more detailed complaint eventually did give me 25% off and free shipping on this order. Almost OK. When shipping was late, I managed to check the shipping status despite the fact the shipping e-mail didn't have a tracking number. They had put a shipping intercept on the order which made it from Georgia to the delivery truck here in Austin before the shipper promptly sent it back to Georgia. None of which customer service knew anything about. There are a lot of vendors out there with comparable prices and TONS better customer service. The few times GG is cheaper, you'll pay for it in the long run. |

It was difficult to go to check out once you finished your selection. The only way I got there was by purchasing and item then cancelling an item. i expected to click on shopping cart and that would give a choice to review and check out. That did not happen. Otherwise I enjoyed my shopping experience. |

I had initially selected two items, then decided to purchase only one. When I attempted to delete the item that I did not want to purchase, both items wound up being deleted and I had to reenter the item I wanted. |

the only problem I had was the multiple places for billing address, kind of confusing, so I clicked back to check, then I couldn't go forward because someone already registered under that name (me) so I had to log-in then find the same item again.... fun... |

I was surprised at how fast I got the merchandise. The only confusion was in the debit (temporary) to my accout...it was for a different amount, and was sent through twice. I had to call customer service twice to clarify. When the product came, it was sent through once...with the correct amount. |
