After receiving a confirmation email, we waited over 2 weeks for a shipping notication. Finally I called and was told they were looking at various stores for the item. I emailed customer service and was told the item was unavailable. However, my account was charged on the same day I was informed there was no item! ?? Now I have funds in my account that are unavailable until they refund me. I would not recommend Golfsmith.com; they do not communicate with customers, are misleading, and charge for items not shipped. |

I ordered a set of golf clubs and received a golf bag. The merchant's policy is to get your credit card number a 2nd time before shipping the correct item. I did return the unwanted bag but did not get a full refund (charged for the shipping on the wrong item). In discussions with customer service they indicated they get these calls "all the time" so I assume that they must make many mistakes. I do a lot of on-line shopping but would not recommend this site. |

Usually, this is a good online retailer. However, my order for the new Nike Sasquatch was delayed until January (or later). I am very disappointed with the lack of product availabilty even though it stated that delivery would be late November. Also, it doesn't seem like Golfsmith cares about who is left wondering if they will get the Nike soon, or in 3 months! Well, I guess I will be cancelling my order and purchase golf equipment from retailers that provide better and more accurate service! |

I bought this product and not only is it the best training aid I've ever seen or used but the ordering thru GolfSmith was simple and the product arrived just as promised. |
