Strengths:

Can\\\\\\\'t see any

Weaknesses:

First contact with customer support = 0

Posted Feb 12, 2008 - Map Share IS NOT included in this software. The software consistently routes an incorrect (much longer) route near my home. Customer support says it\\\'s a map error (on a 30 year old MAIN ROAD) No map share = no fix. Dissatisfied. No returns on open software. No help offered on customer support.
