Strengths:

easy to use, spoken street names, re-routes if you miss a turn

Posted 4 weeks ago - I love this GPS! I found a shorter route to work the very first day! After struggling with online maps that took me down some bad roads and completely out of my way, this GPS gives you the option to avoid or take certain roads and highways. It also has a detour function to help you maneuver around tough traffic and accidents. Having several different models in our work vehicles, I found this one to be better and comparable to some higher priced units.

Loses Signal Very Easily

Posted 2 days ago - I had a very hard time getting signals. The GPS signal was constantly getting lost. I switched from an older version Tom Tom which I loved. It's been two weeks and I returned the Magellan and purchased another Tom Tom. I wouldn't recommend the Magellan.
