I spoke with Art for assistance and he was outstandingly helpful. He located items not on the site for me and made sure all the items I ordered would work together before shipping them to me. Can't say enough good things about the order process. I have received my order it was correct. As for the backordered items I have been kept appraised as to the status and expect them soon. Great company to do business with, customer service is great and the prices were the best for the products I needed. |

What a great vendor. At first I was hesitant to buy from Great Escapes Sports... I have never heard of them before. But they've got the best price for the item I want, Trango Cinch, so I decided to place the order. From the moment I placed the order to the moment I received the item, I feel like they held my hands all the way. From confirmation email that they received the order to payment status to invoice to shipping status and finally tracking number, they were in constant communication with me and I knew exactly where I was. Item was shipped fast, packed nicely with the salesman's business card. No hassle shopping. Will shop again! |

I was very convinced to buy this product after watching a video. I'm glad you had a better price than Amazon's. We haven't used it yet, but can we use this on a canal water? Does it have to be a clean river like in the video? |

Of all the places I looked for this product, Great Escapes Sports offered the best price. I was originally worried about choosing a company that I had not heard of, but can safely say that I was amazed with the level of personal service offered here. Not only will any problem you might have be resolved quickly and to your satisfaction, but also you will feel comfortable speaking with representatives by name (thanks again Art and Bonnie!). Truly an A+ company that I look forward to dealing with again in the future. |
