maplemaple - (February 14, 2005) I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. And they did not deliver it on that day they promised to do. And I don't know when it would be delivered. when I contacted the customer service, they gave you choice either to cancel the order or give you a 50% gift certificate of my order--who would order again from them! The whole point of flower delievery on V-Day is timing. They ruined my V-day and refuse to compensate. BTW, the on line chat customer service kept me waiting in queue for 4 hours.

luluannie - (March 21, 2006) The lobster came fast and fresh! I was planning a St. Patrick's weekend lobster cookout with my whole family. I didn't even know that you were able to purchase maine lobsters from red lobster over the internet and have them delivered home. We all enjoyed them! I would reccommend to anyone.
