I paid $125.00 for 2 day shipment and still havent recieved my order. They called the day after I ordered, and told me that they did not keep this item in stock and they had to order it from the place they get it from and it could be 2 to 3 weeks before they got it. I told them that they should explain that on there website, and I would like to cancel the order. They said I couldnt cancel and would not even refund the extra paid for 2 day shipping. Retailer Response (09/26/2008): Regarding the post from Mr. Prine, mounting equipment is specific to the year, make and model of the vehicle; there are thousands of part numbers. It would be impossible to stock every part, so we order directly from the manufacturer. Depending on the part and the manufacturer, it can take up to 2 weeks to ship out. We are not aware of any request to cancel or change the order, or we would have done so. We know his situation was difficult since he travels and the shipping location was dependent on which town he was going to be in at the time his order shipped. It was frustrating for him that we could not ship right away. But the order did ship within a few days, to the location he was currently at and he received it. Group Mobile Customer Service. |

Group Mobile has great customer service. The entire process from start to finish was above satisfactory. My sales rep knew the product very well and helped me to make a great choice.
