This is the ONLY place I could find Guitar Hero World Tour Band Kit for PS2 in stock and ready to be delivered. All other places, if they had them in stock, were in store only meaning I could purchase it online but had to go to the store to pick it up. Since I live 1-2 hours from a Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Target, etc, that was not an option. I looked at Red Octane and there it was...free shipping and all! Total time from placing the order to sitting on my front doorstep was 6 days (including the weekend)...that's it! I would highly recommend Red Octane to anyone who is looking for Guitar Hero items not usually found in stores. I will definitley shop here again! I know my little guy is going to be thrilled when he sees it Christmas morning! Thanks again!!!	Overall Rating

Delivery time would have only been 4 business days instead of 5, but UPS didn't leave the package on the first delivery attempt. I actually placed another order the next day for something that wasn't available when I placed the first order. The only drawback was that I had to pay shipping on the second order. Both orders arrived the same day. They are both gifts and I loved the extras included in the bundles. :^)	Overall Rating

Four days, no shipping confirmation, site still showed in stock. I followed thier requirements, emailing within 2 days if no shipping confirm. is received. I sent 2 emails inquiring about the status & 1 phone call to thier office & left a message. No reply to my emails (I have two ticket numbers) & never returned my call. They claim to respond in 48 hrs for a phone call & 24 hrs for an email, but 2 weeks, still no word from the merchant. They claim to notify in the event of a delay in delivery, but did not. I did receive a shipping notice today, 11-27-2007, but the item will not arrive before the birthday party tommorow, so I had to buy another gift. I would have been ok with this merchant had they lived up to thier customer service claims and let me know the status, but they ignored me. Buyer beware, you are at thier mercy and they know it, so they will show you no respect as a paying customer	Overall Rating
