DONT SHOP HERE! I purchased a buggy board and a cupholder from this website...prices were good...got a confirmation email after two days...my credit card was already charged...but even to date, I have not received my orders. After making the purchase, their website is non-existent..their customer service number doesn't work...Everyday I go online to search for them...don't know what I should do now? Very unsatisfactory shopping experience...feels like a scam-business! |

Wish I could give them a "0" - only gave them 1 star because that was the lowest option available to me. Although the item was shipped in a reasonable time frame (2 business days) and arrived 9 days after order was placed, I will NEVER do business with this company again. Happy Mothers erroneously sent a duplicate item one day following original shipment date. Not so much of a problem until they FRAUDULENTLY entered a second "order" and billed my credit card AFTER the carrier picked up the duplicate shipment. There was never a second order - date of "order" billed to my credit card was created 13 days AFTER they sent duplicate item in error. When contacted, their so-called customer service department DID NOT APOLOGIZE and sent an email stating that they would issue a credit ONLY AFTER I returned the duplicate item (NOT ORDERED BY ME) and had been picked up for return SEVEN (7) DAYS EARLIER. Unbelievable, illegal billing practices. |

Placed these orders over a week ago and items have not yet even shipped... Customer service does not exist.. would get a machine saying that they are closed and call back between business hours while in the middle of their business hours! Finally got a hold of someone and they said it was shipping out that day.. that was over a week ago... web-site said takes 3-4 days to process.. not it has been over 8 days and still not even shipped... |

This has got to be one of the worst shopping experience ever. It's been more than 2 weeks since I placed my order, and my stroller has not arrived yet. After numerous attempts to call their non-existent customer service department, I still have not received any update. Also it's at least a 20 minute wait whenever I call them. More often than not, I got disconnected *AFTER* being put on hold for more than 20 minutes. Emailing didn't work either. I'm planning to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company. Overall it's been extremely frustrating. Their price might be decent, but the hassle is definitely not worth it. |

WOW that is all I have to say- because I never expected the overall sale to be so simple and easy. one click and I was all done, besides shipping was beyond fast.I live in vermont and I think it shipped out from New jersey but till they obviously had their act together. I have absolutely no complaints. I have already stared up my next happymothers shopping list. |

After 3 days and not receiving a confirmation email, I checked my account on their website. It said my product had shipped. 11 days later, after not receiving anything, I called and was told that the car seat was unavailable and would not be in till the next week. Within 5 minutes of canceling my order, I received a confirmation email. In the email, it said that my credit card had not been charged. My card was charged on the day I placed my order, so I called back and was reassured that I would be receiving a credit within a few days. I then waited 5 days before contacting them again, after all, if it takes less than an hour to charge my card, they can surely issue a refund within 5 days? I was informed that a refund takes 7-14 business days, and sometime up to a FULL cycle. I was then directed to their policy for returns and exchanges, not CANCELLATIONS. Any company this disorganized does not deserve to be in business. |

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! I have had the worst experience EVER with Happymothers.com. Not only did they 'LOSE' my order and are no longer able to fulfill it, they offered me an unfair refund (item was a bundled carseat/stroller and are only giving partial refund worth less than the total value!). . .BUT ALSO their wait times for customer service are excessive. On TOP OF THAT if you are on hold for a long period of time, THEY DISCONNECT YOU! I never received the carseat, the manufacturer no longer makes it. . .and I placed the order on December 10! - they did NOTHING for me. They never followed up to find out when it would be coming, and they even reduced the amount of the refund further to the current sale value of the product. This is the worst online experience I have ever had -customer service is RUDE, unhelpful and now I'm stuck without a matching set as it is no longer made by the manufacturer. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE! |

Happymothers was my Christmas life saver! I had made a huge order through a different company (and now after Christmas I can't find them anywhere, I think they were bogus) but anyways after not receiving my order from them after 14 days. I had to cancel the order and find another place to buy gifts for my sister who just had a baby. I Was RECOMMENDED to HAPPYMOTHERS. I placed my order and they reassured me I would have the order in 2 days. And mind you it's 5 days before Christmas. Well I placed the order over the phone and SURE ENOUGH 2 days later I GOT IT!!! I am so Thankful if you only knew. This was beyond wonderful. happymothers was like my holiday angle hahaha! Incredible merchant- I ordered a Jogging stroller from this merchant. About an hour later I received a phone call informing me that the older model was discontinued and they offered me an upgrade to this years model for the same price as the old one- they even through in next day delivery for the inconvenience. WOW I was taken aback by such absolute kindness. I HIGHELY RECOMMEND shopping at HappyMothers! |

This company is better than I ever could have expected it to be. First off I got the product the next day- which was super fast and in perfect condition. Second the price I paid for it was AMAZING! I bought it off the clearance section, but still I couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else. And not only that they send me a FREE GIFT with purchase, How nice is that. Excellent company. I really recommend them. |

14 days and counting... At the time I write this review I have yet to receive my order for a Britax Roundabout Car Seat. It was supposedly in-stock when I ordered it and I received no communication that my order would be delayed for any reason. I called and sent emails and was only told that I would get a tracking number when my order finally shipped. I got tired of waiting and just purchased the car seat locally (w/ tax). I sent a cancellation request on Friday. Monday I receive a tracking number and an apology that my order could not be cancelled. I am told that my order actually shipped the previous Thursday. BS. The 'Hassle Free' return policy is an online form with an SLA of 2days for a response. 7-10 for a refund. ..and I have to pay for return shipping! The customer service woman was apologetic, but useless. Not a good experience. If the same deal exists elsewhere - buy elsewhere. Otherwise, you can start knitting a sweater, 'cuz you've got awhile. |

I am really ticked off right now. I ordered a carseat from them on 10/13 that stated it would ship in 24 hours. First of all, it didn't...but anyway UPS tracking said my package would be here on 10/22. I waited patiently. My order was supposed to come with a free gift as well. Well UPS drops off a package today with JUST the free gift! NO CARSEAT!!!!! I tried calling them and they are closed! So I called UPS to see if maybe they had a 2nd package and they told me they don't! So now I've waited 9 days already, they have my money, but I have NO ITEM! My son has outgrown his carseat and was expecting this ASAP! Seriously once this is fixed I'm never ordering from them again! |

The best thing on the website is the video demos under product discription. It gave such a clear understanding of how the product worked. I didnt have to bother calling customer service and hassle them for help. It was really clear. This company is very smart in how they relate info to their customers. It was a very pleasant place to shop and I intend on returning in the future. |

I am happy I was told about this store, and thatis why I am sharing my opinion to others because they were super nice. they were having problems with my cc, and they called me and they were so nice about it. some stores get so annoyed if payment doesnt go through. but not them they were so understanding. I gave them my new cc # and everything workedd out smoothly there after! |

Definetely a highly recommended merchant- I bought a britax car seat from them and I am so happy with my purchase. I needed a big seat cuz my son is above avrage in height and weight. I needed something strong and durable. I called happymothers and I spoke to a women who broke down all the options for me in simple terms. We decided together that a britax monach would be the best choice since it holds to 65 lbs. Well I have it and love it. If you need good products for the little ones this is the place to shop! |
