We love it

Strengths:

Perfect protection with the manufacturer behind it to the tune of $1000!

Weaknesses:

Not a mobile backup product

We were trying bring copies of all our post production work to his mom's house but never felt we had a good backup strategy. ioSafe is Awesome

Strengths:

Easy to setup and use, provides piece of mind if a disaster should strike.

It worked flawlessly right out of the box and has performed seamlessly for many months. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants disaster protection for their electronic data.

Strengths:

durable, waterproof, fireproof

Weaknesses:

Posted 3 months ago - As a small business owner working solely on my computer, if I lose data, my business is gone. I'm a cautious person, so when I found this hard drive that's waterproof and fireproof, I was sold. I fortunately haven't had to test it, but I know people who have, and they have easily recovered their data. I also like their guarantee about recovering your data. It makes me feel safe.

PRICELESS !!

Posted 3 months ago - I used to live in Texas and one year our house got flooded about 2 ft deep, just enough to ruin everything in our house that was sitting on the floor including our home PC. I lost everything on that machine. When I saw IO Safe I thought never again will I go through that nightmare. Thank you IO Safe for giving me peace of mind 24/7

Easy setup with my laptop

Strengths:

Easy to set up, solid construction and protection from fires and water damage

Weaknesses:

utilitarian looks, download backup software

Posted 3 months ago - My IT guy recommended that I get this for my business. The business next door had a small fire and so I was a little freaked out for our own business. I still backup to a portable disk but don't always remember to take it home with me. Or worse, if I'm at lunch with the fire breaks out and my laptop and little backup drive all go up in flames!

Great product for Mac Time Machine

Strengths:

Excellent construction and design. Looks great sitting next to my 15 MBP. Works flawlessly!

Posted 3 months ago - I've had this product for a few months now and enjoy the peace of mind of having my data safe and secure. I use this as my Time Machine drive and must say it looks great on my desk. Very clean style and a very useful product. I am thinking of buying another one for media storage at home.

Finally!!!!!!!!!!

Strengths:

simple to use. installed in 30 seconds. can bolt to the floor plus its fire and water proof obviously. great price!

Weaknesses:

doesn't come with backup software so i had to find this myself.
