There was a 3rd party miscommunication about the shipping of my order (not Hardware World's fault), but the people at Hardware World still worked with me and listened to what I wanted and what would make me happy, and made it happen for me. They are amazing. You can totally trust them to work it out for you. There customer service was EXCELLENT (and if you haven't noticed, their prices are unbeatable). I would highly recommend them. The only unclarity encounted was the item discription stated 2 screen rollers and screws per package. The item price was stated as per unit. Unclear was the acutal cost per package unit, or was the price stated for each individual item in the packet? I didn't know whether to order 6 or 12, and almost didn't order at all based on the unclarity of the information provided. This prevented me from giving the seller the highest ratings overeall.
