I was so struck by the numbers, I called to confirm...and while their customer service line is not staffed on weekends, a conscientious staffer called me while "catching up with some work" on Saturday. She was extremely helpful and friendly. So far, the transaction is extraordinary. Google, however, needs to fix something in their search protocol...and the HW staffer acknowledged that something has changed recently affecting their on-line clientele. A company with this terrific pricing and customer service needs to be "front and center."	Overall Rating
