I found them after doing a Google search for a better price on the item I was looking for. Well they beat their competition by $60 on the exact same item!! I have to say that my experience with them was first rate. Good prices, quick shipping, & great customer service when the pump I bought arrived damaged. The damage was caused by FedEx during the shipping. Sandra is the customer service rep that I dealt with and I have to give her an A++ rating. She provided the best customer service experience I've ever received from any company in my life. All communication was through email & she quickly set up the entire exchange, had FedEx pickup the damaged item & a handful of days later I had my new replacement pump. All the while she kept me informed of the status of my order. Don't hesitate to order from Hardware World. Great prices & great customer service. What more could you ask for.	Overall Rating
