My shipment was delayed, (due to a transit difficulty by UPS), but my customer could then no longer use the item. It was returned, unopened, for credit on July 1st. To date, 7/15/2008, I have not had a response to my e-mails from Hardware World as to the status of a credit or has a credit been issued. UPS verified receipt of the item by Hardware World on 7/07/2008. The Customer Service follow-by this company is terrible. Not only do they have no phone, but they do not respond to their e-mails or issue credits in a timely manner, if at all.	Overall Rating
