I haveb't recieved my item yet, but a quick Google search led me quickly to the website. The products were clearly laid out, and shopping from the UK was made considerably easier with the currency converter menu. Use of SSL is the "standard", but more and more websites crop up that don't use it, so seeing it here was comforting especially, again, while shopping from abroad. If the item arrives in a timely manner and in perfect condition, I would reccomend it to all. If I had one criticism, it would be the lack of greater choice. Yet if any website's biggest problem was 'not enough things to purchase', it would be a fine day indeed! Overall so far-8.5/10 |

Unfortunately, I disagree with the other reviewers who advise others not to purchase from this vendor. I took the risk and I'm glad I did as I got exactly what I was looking for. True - they don't follow up w/tracking numbers and the like which is very important when trying to see the progress of your package. Nevertheless, someone contacted me after I emailed the main inbox to tell me my order would arrive in the next 3 days. This is exactly what happened. I was so pleased, I ordered from them again and received the item in about 3 days as well. Other than the lack of tracking info, I highly recommend them if you want a bang for your buck! |

Total disregard for monies due to me for a return on an item that was sent back intact and in it's original box. After 4 emails I still have not received a response from their customer service department. I DO NOT recommend this company, will tell others not to purchase from them and intend on filing a complaint with the BBB. |

I needed this hat before July 4. I made the order July 1 and emailed Hathunter.com to let them know how much I needed the item. I was worried at first because people said shipping takes some time, but I got the item on July 3, just in time for the Holiday. Made my week! Thanks guys. |

After multiple e-mails sent from me without any response, I finally received an e-mail from the company with a tracking number the day that I received my order, which was of no help to me because it was the same day my order was received - June 18, 2008. The company did send a second hat (free of charge) with my original order to make up for the fact that my order took two weeks to receive. |

Supposedly this company ships USPS-Priority however my hats took WEEKS to get (I don't remember exactly, but I think over 3 weeks)...the hats (Polo) I ordered appeared to be fakes (I don't know for a fact, but when I compared it to one I bought at the RL store, there were A LOT of differences and these hats didn't sit on my head right. I contacted HH IMMEDIATELY - they responded promptly and were very kind - they said I could send them back and get a refund - I sent them back the day after receiving them, it has been over 3 weeks and I have yet to get a refund and they won't return my e-mails. There is also NO phone number ANYWHERE for this company! BEWARE!!! |
