5 Star ReviewAn essential complement for any music player
Strengths: lightweight, comfortable fit, compact design with carrying case, vibrant sound, reasonable price, attractive white color
Weaknesses: can be tricky folding/unfolding at first.
Summary: The "W" in the model name implies White, which is a nice complement to the traditionally white Ipods and other music players. Comfortable fit on heads of all sizes. These headphones are good for portable units due to the shorter cable length and lower impedance (allows for good volume even with weak jacks). Compared to higher end Sennheisers, the soundstage is closer to the ears with crisp details, although are slightly more fatigueing. In many ways the sound quality is similar to units that cost over $100. Have recommended to several others.

5 Star ReviewSennheiser PX100 white is excellent value.
Strengths: Light weight, high quality sound, strong bass.
Weaknesses: You must learn how to fold it and put it in its case. No volume control on cord. Looks VERY fragile and feels cheap.
Summary: (Edited March 24th by giaophan1) It provides very loud and high quality sound and stong bass. On computers, it can make you deaf if you don't ajust the volume first; so, it's very good on computers for music, games, movies... On portable players like PSP, iPod.... it's weaker (because the devices don't have "juice") but it still better than other headphones (except Sennheiser brand.) You must learn how to fold it and put it in the case.

5 Star Reviewfoldable headphones
Strengths: sound quality
Weaknesses: none
Summary: I wanted some decent headphones to replace the earbuds that came with my mp3 player and these fit the bill. They sound much better than the earbuds, and they're more comfortable. They come with a case so you can throw them in a bag and not worry about them getting broken.

5 Star ReviewSennheiser PX 100 headphones--White
Strengths: These white headphones are a unique change from the bland uniform black headphones now seen everywhere.
Weaknesses: For those thinking that this set of headphones is very compact, I will say that it is not exactly what you picture.
Summary: The sound from this peripheral is excellent. They are great for iPod use, as well as for on the go needs, such as with a laptop. The folding design is nice, but I would prefer something a bit more compact, so as to carry the headphones within my pocket. Overall great produt.

4 Star ReviewSennheiser PX100 Open-Air Foldable Headphones - White
Strengths: White color matches white Ipod; Lightweight, good bass tones, carry case included.
Weaknesses: Somewhat long cord; Set of replacement pads not provided.
Summary: Ordered on Sat. with order shipped on Monday with tracking number provided. Received on Wedn. Fast shipping!

Comes with its own carrying case. The color matches the white Ipod.

I'm not a professional musician so I can't really tell if the base tones or whatever is properly correct or anything but for everyday listening, it's fine!

The music comes out clear and the bass tones are also clear and crisp. I had to turn off the EQ on the Ipod and lower the volume somewhat.

The headphones are lightweight and more comfortable than regular headphones as I've been using my older headphones from my portable radio and cd players.

Wondering where to buy replacement pads for the headphones once they fade? Guess I'll contact the company once the times comes sometime in the future.

The price is somewhat pricey for headphones considering that regular headphones can be bought for less than $20.

These cost about $39.00 + 9.95 s/h but if you write a review like this, there's a $5.00 rebate available.

I just missed a sale that ended when these were marked down to about $25.00 at a online store. Darn it! Oh well!

5 Star ReviewSennheiser PX100
Strengths: Good sound, compact and flexible.
Weaknesses: None
Summary: Excellent product. I am using it with my IPod and find it the perfect accessory. It has it's own carrying case and folds up nicely. The comfort is wonderful, much better than the earbuds that come with the IPod.

5 Star ReviewExcellent portable headphones!
Strengths: Very high quality sound (including very good bass response). Folds nicely into a carrying case provided.
Weaknesses: None really!
Summary: The Sennheiser PX 100W provides excellent sound quality for very little price. The bass response is very good without being too strong, and the mid-range is spectacular! The carrying case provided is very convenient and the headphone folds into it very nicely. Also, the white color goes very well with the white ipod. On a whole, the headphones are excellent value for money, and blows away the ipod earbuds. Highly recommended.

5 Star ReviewPX100
Strengths: Cheap. Nice protective storage case.
Weaknesses: NA
Summary: Good cheap reliable headset. My kids use them on their video ipods without any difficulties. My wife uses her set with her Treo 650 and other devices. So far these have lasted longer than any other cheap sets I've purchased.

5 Star ReviewLovely.
Strengths: Orgasmic sound quality. Very light weight, very comfrtable. Affordable.
Weaknesses: Haven't found any yet.
Summary: I got these as a replacement for the absolutely horrid earbuds that came with my Zune, and these pretty much did the trick. They look good and after a couple minutes I forget they're on entirely, unlike most larger, clunkier headphones.

5 Star ReviewGreat Headphones!!
Strengths: Great sound. Strong bass- excellent clarity in all ranges. Lightweight. Amazingly convenient- case protects headphones in pocket, purse or backpack.
Weaknesses: Can be heard by others- but only minimally unless you are very close.
Summary: This is my second pair. Love them! Bought the black ones first after reading reviews and trying many styles and brands including Grado (great sound but ugly and awkard), Shures (wonderful sound if I could have gotten a good fit without without so much pain) and Bose. I must say I still like my Bose Tri-Ports even though they do not get the best of reviews. Sound on the PX-100's is crystal clear and volume would blow out my eardrums if I turned it all the way up (which I never have attempted) I have had the PX-100 Senns for almost a year and take them everywhere. The trouble folding them into the plastic case is highly exaggerated. Really very simple after the first couple of times. They even put a picture on the case itself. Much sturdier than anticipated. I use them most with my Ipod and when travelling. I like the fact that they are so lightweight and your ears never hurt after wearing for a long period of time, in contrast to in-ear type. I like the open ear design because the closed ear type gets hot after wearing for a long period of time. So if you do not need noise cancelling, these are a great choice. My black ones are still in great shape but wanted an extra pair for my white Ipod.

4 Star ReviewGreat headphones!
Strengths: Sturdy. Good sound.
Weaknesses: Bulky. Non-closed ear design means that others around you can hear your music.
Summary: I'm always shopping for the best, most compact headphones to pair with my mp3. These just about fit the bill. The are sturdy and comfortable with decent bass response. On the downside, they are too big to stick in your pocket.

5 Star ReviewGreat Cans.
Strengths: Excellent Sound, Distinct on all levels. Comfortable Cool folding Design
Weaknesses: Open air means its a nono for office/school. Not particularly attractive, not bad either.
Summary: These are very impressive headphones, sadly most of my listening (at school) will be still be limited to buds, as the open air design allows lots of sound through. Sounds good whether I'm listening to Frank Zappa, Bill Evans, or Jimi Hendrix. I would recommend these to anyone pissed off at Apple buds.

5 Star ReviewThe PX 100's are the best in this price range-excellent regardless of price
Strengths: Strong bass, clear highs,well-balanced,terrific overall sound and they look great too!
Weaknesses: Some people may find it challenging to fit the headphones back into the case, but actually it is quite easy if you observe how it was inserted.
Summary: I bought these at Circuit City and I will not say, like some people, that they sound good for the money, they simple sound good. When you consider that they aren't all that expensive I think you might say that this is one of the best headphone deals around. They have a really solid bass, nice highs, and overall just sound superb! However, I returned my first set to the store because I found a much better deal online.Shop around and if you can snag a good deal grab 'em! I miss them already and can hardly wait for my new pair to get here!
