They were the only site to have the item I wanted in stock and they were within a few pennies of the best price found on the net. They responded very quickly to my initial inquiry and said they would ship the product out that day. Because they were in the middle of a move the product was not shipped that day; I had selected free UPS ground shipping. There were additional delays in getting the product shipped and they finally sent the product out six days after the promised shipping date but they sent it out next day air at their expense. So the product arrived in the same timeframe as anticipated originally. They were very responsive to my inquiries. it appears that I caught the at a bad time but they came through i the end. |

I ordered a bluetooth headset. Got the free 7 day shipping. Waited 7 days without any email from the company, no shipping confirmation, nothing at all. Sent an email to them, no reply. Had to send them a message on their twitter and THEN I get a reply. So 8 days later they tell me it was out of stock and the soonest they can get it to me is another 4 days. Seams to me like they are more into their Twitter then their actual company and their paying customers. Oh yeah they had no problem charging my card, even though they had nothing to send me. |

Good prices...yet to see how fast the shipping goes and hopefully, I won't have to check on service, support or returns. Follow up: Shipping was very fast (same state). 1 day processing, 2 days with UPS. |
