arnookie - (May 15, 2006) The rio laser hair remover works great. You can only zap one hair at a time but it dose work well. You also need to make sure you are clean shaved before using otherwise it will burn the actual hair and not the root. You must aim the laser at the hair root and not the hair itself. If you hit the root you will feel nothing, thats good and shows you are hitting the correct part of the hair. If you feal a pinprick sensation then you are hitting the wrong part of the hair. This causes the tiny hair to littraly burn and this is what causes the pain. Avoid doing that as much as possible. cianciolo - (July 03, 2004) After taking Trim Spa for a few days I was feeling less hungry. I am taking 2 tablets a day and they are helping. The directions suggest 1-2 tablets 2-3 times a day. So you could take up to 6 tablets, but 2 have been working well for me. I eat less at meal time now and do not have the urge to snack in between meals anymore. They are expensive though.

I am using this kit along with an all natural lightning cream, using this kit gets rid of the dead, dull, dark layers of skin, thus the lightning cream works faster an a lot better. Anonymous - (11/23/2009) This product fooled me with its "to good to be true" price. I purchased it and it turned out to be FAKE, even though the product and packaging looks genuine. It burns my hair really bad and and it does not register on the official GHD website. DO NOT FALL IN TRAP. I didn't receive the product for weeks even though I was supposed to receive it in a few days. I contacted the seller but she/he tried to convince me that there was a problem with the postal service and that she was going to send me another one from their manufacturer in China!!!! So it was shipped from China after weeks and it also turned out to be a FAKE product!!! Beware buyers!!!

stangman1 - (11/19/2009) In my case the product was ineffective. I used 50mg and it did nothing. The next night I used 12.5 mg of my local obtained precsription and it worked wonders. When I called customer service I was told the dr would call back the same day. Never got a call. In my opinion it is a rip off.
