arnookie - (May 15, 2006) The rio laser hair remover works great. You can only zap one hair at a time but it dose work well. You also need to make sure you are clean shaved before using otherwise it will burn the actual hair and not the root. You must aim the laser at the hair root and not the hair itself. If you hit the root you will feel nothing, thats good and shows you are hitting the correct part of the hair. If you feal a pinprick sensation then you are hitting the wrong part of the hair. This causes the tiny hair to littraly burn and this is what causes the pain. Avoid doing that as much as possible. cianciolo - (July 03, 2004) After taking Trim Spa for a few days I was feeling less hungry. I am taking 2 tablets a day and they are helping. The directions suggest 1-2 tablets 2-3 times a day. So you could take up to 6 tablets, but 2 have been working well for me. I eat less at meal time now and do not have the urge to snack in between meals anymore. They are expensive though.

I think that I would waist about 4 hours a week just on shaving and you ...epilady, wax, blotching hair i tried it all. I saw silk'n the previous addition on one of the cosmetic shows I had visited last week.... since this is my every day struggle i was ready to try completely anything. I know the price isnt low but my friend did laser hair removal at the clinic wasted about 3000 dollars and the hair grew back...so 500 didnt seem like alot to me at the moment after about 3 sessions i saw a result that there is less hair, the thing with silk'n is that u need to continue using it but it will be less and less and it doesnt take too much time just caz different hair has different hair cycle but I was shocked to get rid of hair on my arms and legs, I feel so much better that I can go camping, vacations and even when it comes to intimacy i dont need to snick around with a razor to shave that hair.

calemmon624 - (12/07/2009) Like the previous reviewers, I've been a longtime wearer of the Night & Day contacts, and have always loved them, but since they switched to the Air Optix formula, I've had nothing but problems. I used to wear the old formula 7 days a week, 14-16 hours a day, and never had any problems. Now with the new ones, after a few hours, they fog up, my eyes get really irritated, and my eyelids hurt. The contacts seems to get really dry and don't sit on my eyes well. The irritation persists for quite a while after I take them out, such that I can really only wear them for a few hours, and then have to take them out for a day or two. I guess it's time to start looking for a new company for contacts.

morsegal - (12/04/2009) Why, why, why did they change these??!! They are horrible now. I will be looking for an alternative brand, unfortunately I can't get my money back on the ones I already purchased.
