I've avoided ordering from them for nearly 10 years after a bad experience over a DVD player sent with no remote and no cables (promised in the ad) and no adjustment or even return postage provided. The web site is easy to navigate and they often have products that are not found in other catalog/sites and the prices are always lower than other merchants. The ad claimed free shipping but I was charged $7.95 for shipping. That don't sound like free. Usability of the website could be improved. It kept telling me that my password was sent to my email address but it wasn't sent. Had to log out and back in several times to make the changes and get the order right - was still charged $7.95 for shipping.	Overall Rating
