The Customer Care is undesirable and they will not notify if there is a change in your order. They will just send the remaining items and charge a higher shipping fee. They seem to have a credible web face, but I will NEVER order from this organization again. I thought I would try it, but I am completely dissatisfied with the experience. Mentioned need to have product in nine days, was reassured that this would be so. Order did not ship out until seven days later, even with company charging the same day as the order. Emailed requesting shipping info five days after order, no response. Called six days after, no response. Emailed seven days after order, finally got a response stating that package was sent that day. Was treated to a poor, unhelpful and uncaring attitude by a "manager" who made unprofessional comments about me to her coworkers when placed on hold by me (I can still hear you, by the way) for a minute. Did not do anything to make up for my unsatisfactory experience. Not even apologize. The only thing that I can recommend to their potential clients is to steer clear! No wonder the Yahoo review portion of their site is disabled.	Overall Rating

There was no status listed and no tracking number. So I emailed customer service inquiring about my order. I received an automated email back stating my order was cancelled. I did not receive any explanation as to why it was cancelled, nor did I receive a phone call or email from an actual human. This was my first order with herbalremedies.com and it is now my last.
