Looking for the best price on a Medela breast pump backpack, and I could find no other site that could beat the price. Also they had free shipping and no tax! Did have a little trouble with the site, when ordering I also was setting up an account at the same time. A snafu happened and the order was not placed but I was placed on their mailing list somehow. Then I called to find out what was going on, and no one called back in almost a 24 hour period (I had called twice and left a message in the late afternoon and the next morning). So I sent an e-mail and got a very fast reply from Jennifer, who was very helpful and wonderful to e-mail with. Went back to set up the account first, then after I was sure that was set up, then I placed my order, and everything worked out. Pump shipped out very quickly, I ordered it on 3/21 and it arrived on my door step on 3/24!! Have not tested out the product yet due to child not here yet, but everything was in the box that should of been in there. |

I will definitely be using Hey You Baby again. |

I ordered a baby monitor in late December. The monitor arrived quickly, but it was not the monitor that was pictured on the website. The monitor I received was a different model number than the one I wanted. I have been trying to contact Hey You Baby since the end of December and can not get any response. I have called customer service 3 times and sent 3 emails and have not heard one thing. I want to return the monitor but can not get anyone from the company to contact me regarding a return. This customer service is horrible and I will not use Hey You Baby again. Retailer Response (01/22/2012): We are extremely sorry your experience with HeyYouBaby was not a positive one. Awesome customer service!!!! The product I had ordered had been discontinued and I had places my order they called me several times to get in touch with me to let me know and was willing to refund my money but I chose a similar product instead and was told that if I did not like it they would waive the restocking fee if I wanted to return it.
