I ordered a baby monitor in late December. The monitor arrived quickly, but it was not the monitor that was pictured on the website. The monitor I received was a different model number than the one I wanted. I have been trying to contact Hey You Baby since the end of December and can not get any response. I have called customer service 3 times and sent 3 emails and have not heard one thing. I want to return the monitor but can not get anyone from the company to contact me regarding a return. This customer service is horrible and I will not use Hey You Baby again. Retailer Response (01/22/2012): We are extremely sorry your experience with HeyYouBaby was not a positive one. Awesome customer service!!!! The product I had ordered had been discontinued and I had places my order they called me several times to get in touch with me to let me know and was willing to refund my money but I chose a similar product instead and was told that if I did not like it they would waive the restocking fee if I wanted to return it. The website itself is user friendly, however there is not enough contact information. The only way you can contact this merchant is via e-mail. When people have questions they like them answered right away, not days later. I have a question about an item they sell and I could not get a hold of them to ask questions....I almost did not buy the item....I did because this item has been discontinued and they said they had it in stock. I took a chance, but I am frustrated that I cannot get a hold of them. Retailer Response (10/05/2011): I am sorry you had a hard time reaching us. This next part of the review is an addition: I received my product the very next day. It was a car adapter for my breast pump, so in recognizing that, the customer service agent, David, called me to assure me I would be receiving it the next day. He was very pleasant and nice to work with. I would highly recommend this site. |

I bought a breast pump for our daughter. The original order was denied becasue shipping and billing were not the same. They immediatly called me on the phone and walked me through how to use Google checkout. Google checkout didn't have the option for the free shipping, but they immediatly credited it to my order and processed. Who calls you on the phone anymore to make sure you get what you need. WOW! I was very pleased with every part of this purchase and would highly recommend Hey You Baby to anyone. I'm very picky about service and was totally pleased with the service I received. |

My infant son has been in ICU for over 3 months now and I've been desperate to acquire a reliable breast pump. It took 4 emails (they do not answer the phone) and a month to get my order. Meanwhile I had to go with local store to get pump as I could not get by without pump. I am seriously considering filing medical charges against them as my milk supply was effect by their irresponsible actions. |

I ordered the Medela Pump in Style. Great product. Really good price--around $30 less than anywhere else. Shipment was fast--less than a week via regular ground. Their customer service was really helpful too. |
