The speed of service was awesome. UPS damaged the speakers slightly during shipping, and HiDef resolved this quickly and to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to order from them again. I have yet to receive my statement, however, I do not expect any surprises. I have yet to receive the extended warranty I purchased.
