I have not yet received my purchase. I did however get an email saying that more information was needed from me. I have called them twice and emailed twice and have not received any type of response. Really, pricegrabber and other sites need to verify these places before listing them. Show they are selling D700 for 2,300.00, I call and they want to sell the charger, warranty, and cleaning kit for $300.00. I never gave them my credit card number. They called me the next day from a "private number" to ask for the 3-digit code on the back of my card and then tried to charge me for the charger, battery, and a $50 insurance fee. Just so you know, the battery and charger are supposed to come with the camera, and UPS only charges a merchant about $12 to insure a $1.200 item. I told the sales person, Nick, that I would not pay extra for those items. So what I received was a Canon 50D body in the wrong box, with no charger or battery, and I was also charged $50 more for insurance. I contacted customer service about it. The customer service agent, Kevin, was very argumentative, and non-apologetic. After filing a claim with my credit card company, I did get replacement, and it was actually in the right box, but guess what.... the serial number on the box was painstakingly removed. Things that make you go hmmmm.... I contacted my credit card company and Canon about this.	Overall Rating

I was not sure who to buy it from seeing so many prices I randomly chose a few companies and narrowed it down to Highpoint. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and the order was done in no time. I refused the extra shipping, which was no problem. Tracking number was in my inbox within a few days. And the package arrived in excellent condition. The first, a $200 point and shoot, went smooth but the second, a $1,300 digital SLR, was not handled well. Despite a phone conversation regarding charges for shipping to an APO (military post office) the company misshipped the item by a method other than the US Postal Service and it was returned to them. They never told me this, I had to call them and inquire after the item hadn't arrived 11 days after the order was placed and it hadn't arrived. Then, the worst part, they told me they had already reshipped it to me but didn't have the tracking number handy. The next day, I demanded a tracking number. I got one. No text, just the tracking number emailed back to me by itself. Running that number I found it wasn't shipped until the day after this phone conversation when they told me it had already been reshipped. Obviously they didn't want me to cancel the order. Secondly, no apology... at all. My fault for a difficult address...	Overall Rating

I was under the assumption that i would be receiving item x and instead received item y. Service rep Kevin, however, provided excellent costumer service, and was able to remedy this problem in a matter of minutes. If that's ok with you then go ahead. The sales person was very friendly and did not seem upset when I did not order any of their addtional items offered, e.g., an extended warranty.
