I bought a Garmin nuvi 770 GPS advertised as 'Brand New GPS”. When I went to register it with Garmin I was told they had been previously registered and the unit was refurbished. I sent an email and am waiting for a response. |

I ordered and gave payment via my credit card for a Garmin GPS on Nov 30 as a Christmas gift but never received a shippment confirmation or the GPS. I have emailed several times with no response; I called and cannot even get a person on the phone and all voicemail boxes are full over an entire week. I wonder if they have closed their doors. Looks like I need to look for another Christmas gift ASAP and dispute the charges on my credit card. ARGGGG |

I was very pleased with the service and product. The long shipping time would be my only complaint, but I guess I shouldn't complain much since the shipping was free. I would recommend this merchant to a friend because of their competitive pricing. |

I purchased a Garmin 350 GPS from Hightech Electronics website. They were professional in handling the purchase and shipment. Packaging was great I received it after 7 days, from CA to NY, of ordering it. They also provide a trcking number from the shipper so you can track it. Thank you Hightech Electronics. |

Easy to order, packed very securely. HechTechelEctronics furnished a FedEx Tracking number and it was delivered on time. At the time of purchase it was the cheapest due to no shipping or tax. The Garmin 260W was so simple to set up that you don't need to read the set up information. The only problem I have is the price dropped $25 3 weeks after my purchase. If this is the GPS you are looking for HighTechElectronics is the place to buy! |

I was online looking to purchase a Garmin 250W gps and came across High Tech Electroincs website. With little reviews I was a bit skeptical, but after I made my purchase I contacted customer service about questions that I had regarding the gps I had ordered. My experience with this new company was good. Being that High Tech Electronics was an unrated, new company, I was a nervous to purchase from them at first, but they offered the lowest price for the Garmin Nuvi 660 at the time. The GPS arrived within the timeframe promised and was packaged well. I would definitely buy an item from them again and have already recommended them to friends. |

These folks have definately earned my respect and continued business. The total shopping experience was awesome. From the information available and ease of purchasing to the follow-up the next day and ultimately to my surprise and pleasure, recieving my product within two days.
