Dishonest company. Horribly slow shipping. Chairs are obviously used, not showroom new like they said. Old model Aerons. Two were broken, one had no bolts. No warranty from Aeron. Terrible service, shady business. BUYER BEWARE! Check locally, hindsight it 20/20 but I would have paid the extra $100 to have a real new Aeron chair in the current model with a 10 year warranty backed by the manufacturer. |

They were very reluctant to deal by email. They kept sending form emails asking me to call. I suspect that they wanted to pressure me into something extra so I did not call. I was purchasing a Herman miller Aeron chair and after all the emails I got concerned. I called Herman Miller and found that hightechseating.com is NOT an authorized reseller and that Herman Miller would not honor the warranty. After that I decided to cancel my order. They have a cancellation policy where they keep 3% of your money even if you cancel. I then found out that they charged my CC at the time of order. NEVER AGAIN! |

I am slightly concerned about other reviews. However, the customer service person that I spoke with seemed competent and assured me of high quality and my satisfaction. She said that 100% refund would be offered if there was any concerns with regards to the product. |

Products not as described. Deceptive practice on missing parts. The Aeron chairs missed lumbar support and forward tilt functions. Serial number missing. Herman miller brand missing. It's not just open box chair as shown at their website. Return costs me shipping at my own cost. They would not refund the original $200 shipping to my place. Buyers beware |

A completely unsatisfactory experience. First choice model was backordered. Second choice was shipped by DHL. Went missing for six days at a DHL facility close to my home. Arrived damaged. Returned for replacement. The next DHL shipment has been stuck 30 miles from my home for nine days now. Almost a month since the order: no chair, no relief from either the company or DHL...but they certainly have my money. Avoid! |
