Looking through my order I couldn't determine why, even after calling and speaking with the sites personnel - so I reduced my order, since I would pay shipping no matter how much was ordered. ALSO - my virtual credit card was continually denied and the sites personnel could offer no explanation, so I had to use my actual card number. I will not order from Hocks.com until this is fixed!!
