I hired the plumber to put this unit together. The plumber never install this type of vessel vanity before, so i called the company ask for installation guide. The customer service guy emailed me the instruction guide, my plumber was able to finish the installation at that day. Very good customer service from home compound. This set definitely made my bathroom looks much bigger. The hardware fit and finish was the best i have seen ever seen. |

The order & delivery were easy & quick. Bought a Kokols KK7012 shower panel which I had professionally installed after 1 day of use the hose connections (which were only attached w/hose clamps) came undone with normal water pressure - contractor tightened all claps & stated the product was very poorly made & they would probably disconnect again which they did the next day. I contacted David at HomeCompound he asked for documentation from contractor on letterhead paper which I sent. I stated I wanted my money back & free return postage, after a couple of emails David stated he would send a Free return postage labelthat was over a week ago and since then he will not reply to emails never answers the phone (I have left messages). I stated that I would open a complaint with PayPal & I believe they are waiting until after the 45 days that paypal state they want a complaint issued in. This is the worst experiance I have ever had with online purchases. |

I appreciated the helpful service by email. Delivery/ service were great so far. Product seemed to be a bit roughly made. Edges are not nice, although when assemebled I believe it will be hidden. |
