Have called and been told Haier Warehouse is running a little late in shipping. Even when Home Elegance Center website says Usually Ships in 2 to 3 Business Days. Update: On April 14 we got the wine cooler... In Fact it was the Haier warehouse that had not shipped it out..... Not Home Elegance. |

If it's any consolation for those of you who are still waiting for your order, they're not a scam company; they do ship eventually. After ordering a Haier portable washer without checking the seller rating, I too got a little scared about this company, that they might not ship the product at all (charging your credit card on the spot instead of on the day of shipment? it has scam written all over it!). I've been busy with other things, however, and didn't have time to contact the seller about my order, and one day, out of the blue, I received an e-mail that my washer had been shipped. I live up in the mountains, so it was understandable that the actual delivery took about 9 more days from the day of shipping, but to receive an order 20 days after you placed and paid for it is just not acceptable in today's standards. On the other hand, they did have the lowest price available for that washer, and I'm happy with the washer's performance. To sum it, you get what you pay for. |

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RATING OF F (http://www.bbb.org). Also very low rating on BizRate.com.
Placed order on 4/3, site said would ship in 2-3 days. I was later notified item was out of stock, yet my card was charged on 4/5. Item still has not shipped and business has not responded to messages. Have told company to cancel order and credit my card. Wish I had researched company before placing order.
Retailer Response (04/26/2010): Customer ordered a item out of stock, issued full refund.was willing to wait until back in stock, then canceled order.responded to all e-mails. |

STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED! Not allowed to cancel on website because item is "processing", and NOBODY answers the phone. I have spent over an hour waiting on the phone listening to a recording which tells me someone will be right with me -sure. Taking it up with the credit card company to get my money back. My advice: Save yourself alot of aggravation. Find a REPUTABLE dealer. This ain't it. |

3 weeks into the order and still waiting... CC was charged on the spot. No communication. Called in, order delayed and then delayed again. For the last couple of days I've been receiving endless loop recordings & no sales rep. Scammers. Do not go anywhere near. In process of trying to recover payment. |

Their policy states they charge the credit card within 24 hours of shipping. My credit card was charged immediately. The status information has not changed since the order was placed. It says "Processing." When I try to get better status information, I receive a 1-line email (if I receive a response at all) stating "I know our warehouse is behind." Repeated phone calls result in voicemail messages which are never responded to. If I ever receive the item, I may upgrade the rating but, in terms of responsiveness to customer requests, this company is the worst I have ever seen. |
