It had the product I was looking for at a very good price and the order qualified for free shipping. The website explained all details very well. The next morning I found an e-mail stating the items I ordered were placed on a 2-3 week backorder! I went back to the respective product pages and found that the items were still listed in stock, ready to ship! I promptly called HomePerfect's support hotline to cancel my order after ordering from another supplier; who shipped and sent me tracking information a few hours after I placed my order. I ended up encountering a completely automated support system from HomePerfect - and had to leave a message on a machine to cancel the order. Approximately an hour later I received cancellation confirmation by e-mail. I do not think I will be shopping with HomePerfect again in the near future.	Overall Rating

Called them for availability and they had it in stock, same day shipping. I was in New York and they would it ship it via their truck so no question of damage. Price was $100 cheaper than Homeclick, Homecenter, efaucet, NeedPlumbing (I do my research well!!!).	Overall Rating
