Initially, there were some minor issues with communication but Omkar provided great customer service and resolved these immediately. I received my Panasonic plasma TV with no problems and am very pleased. |

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER. We purchased a TV back in mid-May and they sent us the wrong model. We returned it to them per their instructions and they told us they would ship a replacement out ASAP. A month later, our credit card still showed the charge and there was no update on the order. We contacted them and they, again, confirmed they'd ship the replacement out ASAP. Now it is the middle of July, we've sent three emails in the past two weeks and all are going unanswered, phone calls going unreturned, they still have our money, and we still have no TV. We now need to file a formal complaint with the BBB to help resolve this. Retailer Response (09/27/2009): We apologize for the inconvenience. The TV ordered by the buyer was available in two finishes. We accidentally shipped wrong color. Unfortunately, the other finish was discontinued and not available but, we tried every avenue to find the TV buyer wanted. |

I ordered two Samsung HDTV'S on 06/12/09. My credit card was charged the full amount. They sent order conformation right away, shipping to take 3to7days.It has been two weeks my order shows pending on there site.
The problem with this company they will not respond to emails or phone messages. I have called once and sent 3 emails including live chat email on web site, a total of 5 contacts. All I ask is for the status of the order. If it is on back order let me know. I am a resonable person, but to ignore customers inquires is not the way to run a business. I have given them till 06/22/09 4 P.M.EST to contact me by phone or email with the status of my order, or I will call AMEX and reverse the charge and cancell the order. These people don't care. They couldn't supply the merchandise advertised (BDI TV Stand), so too bad for you! I even sent a letter to the CEO regarding the lack of care & communication, but still no response!!! So, my advice is to buy from another merchant! Good luck! I wish they would of said how soon they would ship. I have not received the TV yet and have not heard from company after leaving 3 messages to have them call.You can not get a hold of a person on there phone lines and they don't respond to messages or emails you send them. I do know they billed my credit card right away. If this is a real business, it is the worst I've experienced! The order to shipping time was a bit long. I had to follow up with the company to see if it was shipped. I have not recieved a follow up from the company to check that I recieved the product in working order. However, I have recieved the product and it looks great. All in all a good experience. |

After reading reviews, I decided to call to place my order via phone rather than the website. Fred was very nice & easy to work with. I didn't get a tracking number for shipment when expected so called & left a message. Fred called me back. Ended up calling a few times regarding this order as it shipped out 1 day later than I was told-Wed evening rather than Tues. When I called Fred Wed morning about not having received tracking number, he investigated problem & got order shipped out that day. There was an error on PriceGrabber website concerning pricing for the LG 47" LCD TV I ordered (47LG70). Product code listed-& therefore price-was for the 42" TV. However, Fred graciously honored ad price) a $230.00 difference. My TV arrived this morning & looks to be in good order. It arrived double-boxed (the manufacturer packaging inside another carton) Fedex guy said it was best packaged TV he'd ever seen. Shipping delay is only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I'm happy customer here! |

I ordered a Samsung 67" projection TV. When the driver of the Fed Ex truck came to deliver to my house the T.V. had fallen in the truck. I refused delivery. I called Fred at the store and he immediately shipped me another TV. This time it was double boxed and had a label on it to tell if it had been tipped. He did this in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend this company. They were excellent about following through and gave me the best price I could find. |

I first want to say this was a wonderful experience from start to finish, I purchased a Sony KDL52XBR6 52" BRAVIA Full HD 1080P LCD. My Sales person Fred is a gem in customer service. What he said is exactly what happened, no pressure to add product or upgrade free shipping (Free FedEx by the way), just a "How may I assist You" The only thing I can complain about is that it took me 50 some websites and hundreds of reviews to find The Home Theater Store. I cannot say enough about my experience. |

I ordered & have received my Sony XBR7 52" LCD TV was just received this morning. This TV is outstanding! My shopping experience with the Home Theater Store was also outstanding! Shipped from Houston, TX on Tuesday & Delivered to my home in CA. Friday I was very impressed with the Fred Service He is great. I got 12 months interest free, no tax, no waste mgmt fee and delivered to my home with FEDEX, I can not ask for anything more. |

What an excellent experience on this Samsung LN46A860 LCD TV purchase. When I tried to pay via credit card and check out, the system would not allow me to do so. Called the Home Theater Store and got Fred. Fred said he would check what happened and call me back. My credit card company had put a hold on my purchase attempt. Fred said call them and tell them it was a valid purchase. They explained the security hold and said to advised the Home Theater store the hold was removed. Fred took my credit card info and shipped the TV the next day! Fred called me back several times that day just to get the order done. Fred helped me tremendously as they definitely had the best price, service and understanding I could have imagined. Thanks a million Fred and keep up the great service. Loving the TV... After reading most of the reviews of the Home Theater Store it appeared that the slow delivery problem during the 2008 holiday season was due to sales stimulated with agressive pricing and lack of both in house and vendor stock to supply the demand. Since I liked the pricing on the 42" Plasma TV I wanted to buy, I called and spoke at some length to Fred. He was quite frank and honest in his responses to my questions and stated that he had several of the TV's I wanted in stock. I placed the order and within one week the Fed Ex delivery truck was at the curb. The TV was double boxed with plenty of packing to keep the thin inner box from falling over during shipment. Although the outside box had some signs of shipping wear and tear the actual Panasonic carton was pristine. Thank you Home Theater Store and Fred! |

It took 2 and 1/2 months to receive it and it was difficult to reach representative by phone (only by e-mail), but I got $200 refund for the delay. TV is in perfect condition as described.
