With a 10% off sale, they beat everyone's price. I should have been wary... Asked pre-sale questions and all of their answers were incorrect. Product was "available" and would ship in 24-48 hours. On third bus day I called and was told it should ship on 5th bus day... said that was unacceptable, and was told she would call Hunter and get it sent out that day. 6 hours later I called back and was told it was supposed to ship 7 days from order (which was Sunday so it would ship on Tuesday as Monday was a holiday...). Told him to cancel order as they did not ship as promised and did not notify me as required by FTC rules. He said he would try to cancel.... Minutes later got an email that 20 mins after my morning call Hunter had notified FedEx that it was ready to be picked up. Homeclick lacked product knowledge and shipping info and falsely advertised when it would ship. Will not buy from them again. |

I purchased a DCS Range and the salesperson was so helpful and made sure that i also got the free dishwasher promotion which i didn't even know was available. I received a email the next day confirming my order and one the day it shipped. The unit arrived on time and there were no problems. I have told all my friends to shop here. |

I found Homeclick looking to purchase a set of Tropitone patio furniture. There was one piece from the set I couldnt find on their website so I called to speak to one of their sales people. This really was one of my best online buying expirences. Sales person I spoke to was extremely helpful and spent over 45 minutes with me on the phone and seemed to know more than my local store. Price was great and service unbeatable. I highly recommend Homeclick and have done so to friends of mine. |

Great company I stumbled upon from a referral of a colleague. I purchased two products from them - One Hinkley Chandelier and a Jado that were in stock. Salesperson I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful and order was placed seamlessly. Next day I was emailed two tracking numbers from them one for the faucet and one for the chandelier - Products came a few days later packed well with no problems. I very highly recommend them and have done so to all my friends. |

When I called with a question the boy that answered was rude and not helpful at all. The bridal registry took 1 week to list that all the wine glasses I bought were marked as purchased. I bought them from you! Bridal registry needs work. |

I just bought an outdoor wall sconce "Augusta 3 - Light Wall Lantern P5912-80" and it arrived with a broken glass. Okay things happen, no problem. I had my wife call their customer "disservice" number to let them know. She never received a call back. That evening I had an e-mail, stating that they received the complaint and were now looking into whether the glass could be replaced by the manufacturer or not, and that they would let me know. Well, finally 6 days later I was told that they were sending a new glass replacement for me to install. I was also instructed not to e-mail them regarding this for at least 4-5 days. After 8 days of waiting I replied back wondering where the replacement glass was and received no reply. The next day the glass showed up, but still no acknowledgement to my follow-up e-mail. A good business would have issued an RMA number and had another unit on the way as soon as UPS posted the pickup of the broken unit. Incidentally, they will not |

Purchased a wood fireplace from HomeClick on Monday and had it by Friday! Now waiting for my installer to come and put it in - right in time for Christmas. I had a bunch of questions about the fireplace and wasn't even sure if it would work in my home - I've never purchased something so custom online. I called Homeclick and spoke to Rich (presumably the fireplace guy). He spent the better part of an hour with me on the phone explaining everything from installation to state codes as well guiding me to the right fireplace for me in terms of square footage and wall type. He's a great guy and definitely eased my tensions in ordering the fireplace online. Thanks Rich & Homeclick! |

I wasn't sure about what i needed to buy a gas log set so i called and spoke to a really helpful sales rep who walked me thru the process with ease,he really knew his stuff. Delivery was quick and when i needed more help setting it up i called and again they were very helpful. Much better then most places i shopped recently. I would definitely buy here again and plan on telling my friends too. A++++ |

I ordered a Toto toilet that was damaged during shipment. After refusing delivery it took me several days and numerous phone calls and long waits to get someone at Homeclick to 'confirm' the damaged shipment. I was told my credit card would be credited within 3 days. After 2 weeks with no response from Homeclick (Home Décor Products) I was able to confirm via Toto that the company had declared Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge which was eventually removed. If this company emerges out of bankruptcy please avoid conducting business with them. While the economy may have contributed to its downfall the atrocious customer service sealed its fate. |

If you want to loose your time and money try to shop with HomeClick.com. I spent quiet bit of my time trying to find a good price for a jetted tub and found one at a different company that is also authorized dealer for the brand. The price was really close to what HomeClick.com was offering it for. Just to check it out I called HomeClick and was told that they can beat the price. So I made an order through them, and they mailed me a conformation letter and charged my credit card. Two weeks later when all sales in other stores and theirs as well were over they canceled my order! Now I have to pay more money plus our construction project will be delayed as well! So welcome to HomeClick.com world! |

Do not order from them. I ordered a BBQ..the website said it was in stock ready for delivery. They make you agree to a strange cancellation policy during the process. Then I got the confirmation and it said it was backordered. I called within 10 minutes and was told the order was in process and couldnt be cancelled. If I returned it it would be a 15% restock fee. A total scam that apparantly reading the reviews they do to a lot of people. Stay away. |

Customer service is remarkably bad. Positives: My order (a Toto toilet, Barclay pedestal sink, and an American Standard faucet + accessories) initially shipped quickly, prices were very competitive, and I believe that I have a faucet I can use. Big negatives: They sent me the wrong toilet. Mistakes happen, but it took multiple phone calls, with 15-45 min. on hold, to get them to even schedule the return. The sink had a cracked pedestal. Again, should be no problem - just replace it. But it has taken me a month of phone calls to customer service (being told, "We're waiting to hear from the manufacturer,") and emails that were outright ignored for me to decide that it would be best to return the sink and start over with a different vendor. To this, they have responded, stating that a new pedestal will arrive within the next week or so. We'll see. Cross your fingers that nothing goes wrong. I'm now going to buy my toilet elsewhere, even if I have to pay more. |

I still have not received my order after multiple calls to the vendor (which go unanswered after the automated attendant sends you to Customer Service) and multiple emails that have never been responded to. I have contacted my credit card company - HomeClick had no problem charging me right away - and have disputed the charge. I intend to pursue additional action as in this day and age, this type of unethical service is outrageous. |

Terrible. * Poor customer service in general (put on indefinite hold more than once) * Items that appeared in stock when I ordered, went on backorder once I hit 'submit'. * Then I received double of everything on one shipment. I've been calling for weeks trying to get them to pick up the extra merchandise that they double shipped. On 4 separate phone calls I've been promised return labels, so far no action at all has been taken. I have escalated this to a customer service manager. |

Based on everything I'd read about Homeclick, I was hesitant about buying from them despite the fact they were selling the bed I wanted (Klaussner Miller Mission Bed), at 50% less than other merchants. However, it seemed the biggest complaint people had made about Homeclick was the amount of time it took to receive the order. Since time was not of the essence for me, I decided to cross my fingers and take the plunge. I ordered the bed on 1/13/09 and today, 2/2/09 it's sitting in my bedroom and looking better than I had expected. The bedframe even came with slats with supports, although that hadn't been mentioned in their ad. True, Homeclicks customer support is a bit weak, and there was a slight breakdown in their communication process. At one point they said the shipment was going to be delayed, but that turned out to be incorrect. They said they'd send an email regarding the order status, but never did. However, when all is said and done, I feel I got a great deal and am very happy. |

We ordered a towel warmer with "satin nickle" finish and received a towel warmer that was painted. We returned the item and purchased a chrome version (which we verified was actually chrome!). However, HomeClick charged us a restocking fee even though we made the case that the description was misleading and we did purchase the towel warmer in a different finish. Bad form! |

You have to love online merchants which sell goods without having anything in inventory... welcome to the Amazon model gone bad - it's HomeClick.com They will charge your card full price, tax and shipping even if the goods aren't available... in my case, even if the merchandise has not been put into production. I waited 5 months, and heard every excuse. Fortunately they refunded the money, but I'm not a bank - and $250 returned with no interest after 5 months! Under the FTC guidelines and fulfillment rules, they were to inform me of any delays within "30 days"... but they probably count on no one reporting them. Good luck in talking to an executive... they are do well guarded by customer service representative who couldn't care less. Bunch of scam artists. I called both the FTC and State Attorney General office... looking forward to seeing these guy get they just rewards... Perhaps five months and $250,000! |

Placed order on Sunday Dec 7. Homeclick charged my CC immediately. I attempted to cancel the order 4 days later because there was little likelihood that the product would arrive before Christmas. It wasn't in stock. After my cancellation call, two days later I was informed that I couldn't cancel because the order was in the "shipping process", meaning that Homeclick ordered the product from the manufacturer before Homeclick's system transferred the cancellation request to the proper department (can you say "intentional delay"). A week later I was informed that the product was either in the warehouse or would arrive the next day, and be shipped to me by Monday the 22nd. If it isn't shipped before the end of the day on Monday, I can try to cancel the order again without a restocking fee according to the Homeclick policy. DON"T BUY FROM HOMECLICK. What a hassle! |

Worst customer service. Item was due to ship in 4-5 weeks. Took several ion. Rep said I was emailed on 10/27 stating a back-order, nearly 4 weeks later. Wrong & I would have cancelled in that case. Then told he would look into the issues and email me the next day. When I asked for a phone call so I would have a better service I was told no that email was all they do. 3 days later I receive the email stating shipping in another 3 weeks. Overall 10 weeks to maybe receive the item that I was told 4 from the start. No service & then bad service. I received 1/2 of the item after 6 weeks. Now, what good is a pedestal sink leg without the sink top? USELESS. STAY AWAY from this place as it costs you more in the end. So called "Pro" services is just as useless. |
