I actually still don't have the product I ordered (over three weeks ago). I've had no communication from them (even I after I e-mailed them) and had to wait on hold for 15 minutes just to talk to a not so nice customer service rep who forwarded me to someone's voicemail. They said it will ship today -- how convenient. I have no faith that they'll come through. I would never use them again. |

Order a DANSK bull and bear. All the order was charged to my credit card same day. The bull arrived 2 month latter, phoned for the bear, ask me to be patient (after 8 weeks). Four month latter called again to see where was my order and told me that product was discontinued and gave me a credit to my expired credit card. After 4 month I don't have neither bear, nor my money. Off course, I won't buy any more from this company, and recommend to do the same. Don't even think about it!!!! |

I was ensured when I placed the order (over the phone because I was assured that it would arrive quicker!) that it would arrive by 9/23 or 9/26 at the latest but I checked today (9/23) and it won't even be shipped until later today or Monday! This is totally disappointing and has caused me to have to reschedule the installation. I should have purchased from a competitor! My mistake...... |

(Edited October 27th by Johnajshaw) I first started recieving notices that my order would ship within the next 48 hours 6 weeks ago. two e-mail and 4 phone calls later I am told I would be notified when it shipped and that they expected it by the end of the week. The following wednesday I recieved the wrong item!! 2 week ater after e-mails and phone calls I have an RMA #, a trucking company comes to pick up and asks for additional paperwork that I do not have. Pry you don't need customer service becuase I've experienced none. |

I ordered the same fixture from a competitor's website. I waited 5 weeks and cancelled the order. Was a disaster because my plumber kept charging me for rescheduling. I ordered from Homeclick and got the facuet in 7 days as promised. |

Placed order on 11/10/05 for an LG Regrigerator. Today is 12/13/05 and I'm still waiting. Customer service puts you on hold for an average of 1 hour. Then when they do answer they tell you they have to research it and call you back in 24 hours. They don't ever call you back! They can't even respond to my emails. AVOID! |

I did use homeclick after hearing great things from people all over the office. I purchased a large amount of goods from them, and they did a great job. My items came when expected and my contractors were alllined up. They were impressed with howt hey came and the prices I paid. I willuse them again. |

never got the bodum coffee maker. called four times (put on hold once at 15 min, 1 at 20, 1 at 28 and 1 at 30 min) used their "call back system...no call backs. three e-mails- finally got a response on 1/13/06 homeclik waiting for it to arrive, then ship it right out. web site tracking said it was mailed out on or before 1/9/06. No one from homeclik ever called me to inform me order was "back ordered". 1/19/06 called the cancellation department (got right through to a person with two rings!) |

i've placed three orders with homeclick, first two took a while to ship. the third of which i was just informed was backordered an additional 2-3 weeks, which leads me to cancel the order and order from someone else who has it in stock (for similar price). customer service is extremely slow -- expect to wait on phone for 45-50 minutes, or 1-2 business days via email. items i did receive are as expected, though, and the prices are pretty good. so if you don't mind waiting, go for it. |

DO NOT BUY FROM HOMECLICK! Rec'd a $270 Hinkley sconce that had a short in the wiring. On 1/17, Homeclick told me I'd get instructions from the distributor in 24 hours. Two months,6 calls/emails later - nothing. They keep you on hold,lie, NEVER call you back and never fix the problem. They told me to call the distributor myself and gave me a name/number of a place that never heard of Homeclick. Also told me to call Hinkley, who said Homeclick is NOT an authorized dealer. |

Terrible experience - did not answer 2 e-mail - lost hour on phone hold - after a month canceled via phone and six day later got shipping e-mail. Reported this and was advised there would be a 25% restock fee ($73.91)- This one will rip you off. They charge your card immediately. |

2 Toto Ultramax toilets showed up a couple of days earlier than expected, in beautiful shape banded to a wood pallet. They looked like they shipped from next door, not East Coast to West Coast. Great price and experience; will definitely use them again! |

Ordered the cooktop from Homeclick on 4/2/06. Credit card was chared the following day. Was told item would ship in 2-3 weeks. When it did not arrive, contacted them and was told I would get an update in 1-2 days. Never got one. Contacted them several more times, but no help. Finally cancelled the order after a month but still have the charges on my account. |

I purchased a maxx bath tub on 1/13/06 it arrived 3/2/06 damaged , after filling all the forms faxing info and calling continuously I finally got through to them on the 3/21/06 ! It is now 4/30/06 and I still don't have my issue resolved ! They picked up the tub and I tried to cancel the order to find someone who could get it faster but they refuse and now don't even return e-mails or phone calls!!!!I would never recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy ! Homeclick did a great job following through with the completion of my order. I actually ordered a tub from them, they were giving me a much better price than my plumber was. I was able to have it delivered pretty quickly, within 2 weeks and there were no problems installing it. They offered me free shipping which really sealed the deal. I think that they did a great job and am very impresesd, I will use them in the future |

Ordered Dacor/Digital Entertainment Center for the Kitchen - DKE24S as the estimated shipping was in 2-3 days. The credit card was charged immediately. Now it is 14 days since I placed my order but it has not been shipped yet. The customer service is a joke and completely unresponsive. If it does not arrive in another two days- I am planning to cancel the order. A completely negative experience. |

My order process was fine it was the shipping that was not. The site said 7 to 10 days and it took me to remind them that it wasn't shipped until almost 15 days that they did ship it. It was then shipped freight not FedEx as advertised. I then was expected to set up my own delivery with the freight company. The delivery was execute and the product came fine but I was left with a freigh palette now that I am expected to dispose of. I would not use this company again ever. |
