(Edited February 25th by durka998) Buyer beware. Management admits to selling grey market electronics. Cannot deal directly with manufacturer for warranty/repair work. Not authorized retailers for electronics they sell. You might save a little money up front, but at what cost in the end? Check Better Business Bureau rating!!! BBB Accreditation was revoked on 05/25/2010. Shame shame HookedOnTronics. I guess the first sign of questionable activity was when they answer the phone with "Hello." Not a business greeting, not a welcome to xxxxxxx how can I help you. Might as well have bought from a flea market. |

you guys are the best!!! i had such a hard time looking for a good price for a subwoofer to macth my budget. i went to Best Buy and saw a rockford fosgate 12 inch subwoofer for $300!!! i was tempted to buy but felt the price was unreasonable, and continued to search. i came across hooked on tronics, and i smiled...i found the exact subwoofer for $195 and free shipping! shipping was good too, it only took a week. hooked on tronics, you guys are awesome! |

I initially ordered and found that the shipping state/billing state had to be the same and my order was rejected. Plus email response was a little slow. But after ordering with a credit card that fit their slightly strange rules, shipping was fast and tracking information promptly delivered. |

I haven't received the item yet, and have emailed the the company 3 times and have not received any info back from them. The tracking number they gave me from UPS shows they have the shipping info, but hasn't shipped. They don't have a phone number. They don't answer their emails. They stink at customer service. I still haven't received anything. |

Hookedontronics is horrible, if there is an issue with your order they do not return emails. I have sent 2 each, to customer support and product support. I bought a refurbished unit and all it included was the head unit. When I emailed to question about it all I got was automated emails to read the FAQs which had nothing to do with my questions. This product was advertised with GPS / RCA in/outputs etc.. but the RCA harness, nor GPS receiver, nor power harness or ANYTHING was shipped with it. I ended up spending $150 (which is more than just buying a new unit) on all the accessories that the listing said it had, just so I wouldnt have to deal with them again. F-- |

Send wrong wire harness for head unit. Did not send tracking number until 5 days after receipt of the item. Multiple emails sent starting same day as delivery. Finally got response (4) business days after initial e-mail. This company charges the customer for return shipping with no reimbursement. They do not answer their displayed phone number. They do not return messages left at the number as well. Overall horrible customer support. I will not use or recommend this company again. |
