I purchased a DVD recorder on line and it was shipped within hours the same day. I received traking info and it arrived at the day it was stated to arrive. The item was in its original packaging and shipped within another protective container.It arrived in perfect condition. I chose ground freight and it arrived from Florida to New York in 5 days. I can not think of a better shopping experience. |

I just bought a digital camera from Hooked on Tronics. They were so easy to work with and I got a great deal. I think the prices are really competitive. Great customer service, they helped me every step of the way, and it was really an easy way to order. The camera is great and my husband and I are enjoying it very much. I would definitely shop there again. |

Purchased a pair of speakers unavailable at any of the BIG internet sites. I was a little cautious, but everything turned out great. Speakers were brand new and packaged from the factory with warranty cards and all. Tracking was available and arrived promptly. I will definitely order from them again. |

My biggest concern in ordering from them was from a security standpoint (and there were only a handful of previous buyers who had submitted reviews). Although the web site indicated in the faq's section it had SSL technology, there was no "standard" lock shown on the page for inputting credit card information which is a major concern from a security standpoint. They do show a lock "character" at the top of the shipping and credit card details page, but this is not a standard format or picture which is usually in the bottom right corner with a real lock. Otherwise, the ordering process went smoothly. I was impressed how quickly my shipment arrived, very well packed, and in good condition. The company did an immediate followup after I placed my order with a tracking number which is something most other companies do not do. Excellent!!! I placed an order and four business days later I received the merchandize. I was amazed at how quickly I received the merchandize. One problem is, when you call the 800 number, no one actually picks up and you need to leave a voice message. However, you're call is returned the same day. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this merchant... Excellent service and rapid shipping. |

I ordered an Alpine MRD-M300 and two Alpine SVR10 subwoofers. I had my shipping information the next day. The package shipped UPS Ground from Florida and I had it 5 days later.... in California! I would absolutely buy from them again. |
