When I receive items I ordered I have no issue. But when you ship me the wrong item (and you have), and then want me to pay shipping on the WRONG item to send it back to you, in order to receive the item I ordered that is not a very good business practice. You sent it to me in ERROR, why must I pay for YOUR ERROR? So I kept the item, in what I thought was an agreement for free shipping on my next order. Now I'm getting mails saying you'll refund only 1/2 shipping? Fortuanately for you I can only find this fan with you guys, so I have to come back as I need more. |

You have exactly what I wanted. No one else did. On delivery: The thermometer was full of bubbles and one needle stuck in the air bubble at the tip. Had to put it in the freezer to get rid of most of the bubbles but still trying to shake the mercury together. Seems to be only one way to hold the magnet in order to get it to work. |

There were no out of stock items so you should take question 4 with a grain of salt. I appreciated the fact that there were no nasty surprises. The item was as priced on the list of merchants, they did not try to charge me extra for something ridiculous and the shipping was very reasonable for the size of the item. I would like them to be able to ship to my box but you can't have everything. |
